AAIM, the employers’ association in St. Louis with 1000 member organizations has signed a statement of intent to merge with the Employers’ Association (EA), the premier source for talent development in Illinois, serving nearly 600 member organizations in more than 60 counties throughout central and southern Illinois. When the merger is complete, the new organization—AAIMEA (pronounced “aim EA”)—headquartered in St. Louis will be one of the largest employers’ associations in the United States, bringing nearly 200 years of combined experience to more than 1,600 members in two states. That means more services, more expertise and more flexible solutions for you, including:
