Find out what’s on your employees’ minds with this helpful tool that provides a confidential opportunity for employees to voice their opinions. This can help you pinpoint ways to improve productivity and morale, as well as focus on waste reduction and operational inefficiencies.
Compensation and Benefit Surveys
Make informed decisions using results from the National Executive Compensation Survey, National Salary, Wage and IT/Engineering Compensation surveys and Compensation Planning Guide exclusively for the St. Louis Metro Area. AAIM members receive special pricing and/or free copies of results from these surveys. In addition you can participate in a weekly survey panel that polls member businesses on a variety of subjects including vacation policies, dress codes and other subjects chosen by participants.
Networking
Meet and share ideas with peers through one of AAIM’s 15 monthly Roundtables that feature open discussions and guest speakers.
