These services are tailored to meet your particular needs based on scheduling, assignments, duties, goals, and objectives. Our cost-effective services are performed by expert managers with an average of 15 years of well-rounded human resource experience.

There are two main ways in which we provide consulting services:

Project Assistance: AAIM consultants can assist your company with projects your current staff has been unable to complete based upon other on-going time constraints. These can vary from the one-time writing of job descriptions, the sourcing of additional candidates for a key position opening, the annual development of an Affirmative Action Plan or the complete review of your compensation program. We can take pieces of your complex challenges and help you put the complete solution together.

Projects include: Compensation Management, Employee Surveys, Affirmative Action Plans, Handbooks and Policies and Procedure Manuals, Outplacement and Exit Interviews.

Supplemental HR Staff: AAIM can provide you with a seasoned, executive HR specialist on-site for long-term guidance for you and your leadership team. This assistance may be in the form of a Temporary HR Director while you identify a full-time replacement, short-term assistance for staff on a medical or military leave, an on-site mentor for HR staff accepting new responsibilities, or additional talent to supplement you and your existing staff while you face a unique or time sensitive assignment.
