Regional and National Compensation and Benefit Surveys:
As a major source of business-related information for the greater St. Louis area, AAIM conducts comprehensive surveys on compensation as well as Human Resource policies and practices. These surveys are free to those who participate.

In the first year of membership:
Basic, Basic 500 Members receive all Compensation and Benefit Surveys.
Auxiliary and Entrepreneur Members receive local Compensation and Benefit Surveys.

All members are eligible to receive any future surveys free of charge when they participate in the survey.
