AAIM Surveys

AAIM regularly conducts surveys of our members on a variety of topics.  They provide important data to help you make important decisions. We provide two main survey functions. Weekly E-Surveys and Annual Compensation and Benefits Surveys. We invite you to participate in both.

E-Survey Group

Annual Compensation and Benefit Surveys
AAIM's Member Answer Center provides service to the business community by conducting comprehensive surveys on a wide variety of Human Resource policies and practices, as well as compensation. 2008 AAIM Survey Schedule
National Executive Compensation: surveys the top 28 executive positions by sales revenue/asset volume categories and includes base, bonus and benefits data.

2008 St. Louis Salary: Surveys over 244 clerical, technical, professional and supervisory positions.
Opens:
March Closes: April Results: July

2008 St. Louis Wage: Surveys over 213 non-exempt production, maintenance and service positions.
Opens: March Closes: April Results: July

2008 National IT & Engineering Compensation: provides compensation as well as policies and practices data for over 200 technology and engineering job classifications.

2008 – 2009 Pay Trends: provides present and forecasted pay adjustments. Also included are incentive and bonus pay plans.

2008 – 2009 Holiday: contains the holidays companies will be closed with pay for the remainder of 2008 and during 2009. Also included are practices regarding floating holidays and personal days.

2009-2010 St. Louis Policies and Benefits: surveys over 400 human resource and benefits policies and practices.  Data is displayed by employment size.  This is a biennial survey.
