Hammonds’ article, “Why We Hate HR” from a 2005 Fast Company article as a backdrop, this roundtable will be a conversation about why HR is often hated and will also offer practical tips about how to avoid becoming, as Hammonds says, “HR organizations that have ghettoized themselves literally to the brink of obsolescence.”
