AAIM Leadership Council (ALC) members enjoy membership in AAIM Management Association, St. Louis’ premier employers’ resource group. This membership offers extensive services to help members manage the ‘people’ side of their organizations.
AAIM Training and Development Programs
Each year, AAIM offers more than 200 training courses in the areas of professional development, management/leadership, HR professional development, customer service and process improvement. In addition to traditional in-person training sessions, members can access training courses anytime online through AAIM’s E-Train program.
AAIM Consulting
AAIM offers a variety of consulting services to help organizations meet HR challenges and improve individual contributions toward success. AAIM Publications: AAIM Connection, a bimonthly member newsletter, features articles on current industry issues, member profiles, analyses of new laws and regulations, upcoming training course listings and news about AAIM.
AAIM Events
Each month, AAIM roundtables combine special topic presentations with opportunities for networking and discussion among members. These roundtables are planned by members, for members.
